This week’s Wow of the Week is brand-new real estate concept 26 Homes. Founder Dorothea Metasch started the business on Instagram and has now opened her office in Berlin. Her passion is bringing joy to apartment hunting, making the process more personal and transparent. At the same time, she aims to inspire women to make their own choices based on a more feminine vision and to take care of their financial autonomy in time. 

Assisted by interior designer Fabian Freytag, and with a few well-chosen GROHE pieces, she has created the Berlin office to be a warm, welcoming environment and an authentic expression of her brand.
