GROHE was recognized for its commitment to create a tailored employee experience that covers the entire career journey. In 6 markets, the global brand qualified in the category of best multinational employers in the national rankings and received the Great Place to Work® certifications in more than 20 markets.

For its ranking, the independent institute analyzed company workplace programs impacting over 1 million employees from 36 countries and more than 1,500 companies in Europe for the key factors that create great workplaces for all by evaluating confidential survey data that assess employee experiences related to trust, innovation, company values and leadership. To be recognized as the best in Europe, companies must first rank highest on Great Place to Work’s Best Workplaces™ national lists across the region.
