Leader, LIXIL EMENA
Jonas Brennwald has managed various sales regions for GROHE since 2012, most recently as Chief Sales Officer. Since 2019 he is part of the board as Co-CEO Grohe AG and became Leader LIXIL EMENA in 2020. In his role he is responsible for the commercial aspect of the business for the GROHE brand in EMENA, incorporating LIXIL's global expertise and values. Before his career at LIXIL EMENA, he held numerous management positions at major brands, including Mars, Ecolab, Goodyear Dunlop and Dorman.
Leader, Fittings LIXIL International
Thomas Fuhr joined GROHE in 2013 as Executive Director Operations, before he took over the role as Co-CEO in 2019. Since 2020 he acts as leader for all LIXIL Fittings plants and is responsible for R&D, production and supply chain for the fittings segment worldwide, including the GROHE brand. With his commitment to sustainability, he has developed GROHE into one of the most sustainable brands in the sanitary industry. Before this he gained 20 years of experience in various management positions at Mercedes-Benz.
Leader, Communications & Corporate Responsibility LIXIL EMENA
Thorsten Sperlich joined in 2017 as Chief Communications Officer for the GROHE brand, before he took over the role as Leader Communications & Corporate Responsibility in 2020. Besides the internal and external brand communications for GROHE he is responsible for positioning LIXIL’s corporate vision in the EMENA media landscape. Before his career at LIXIL EMENA, he held numerous management positions at well-known agencies such as Ketchum Pleon and Scholz & Friends as well as at major brands such as Coca-Cola.
Leader, Marketing, LIXIL EMENA
Gerhard Sturm started his career at GROHE in 2016 as CMO - Chief Marketing Officer at Grohe AG. Since 2020 he acts as Leader, Marketing for LIXIL EMENA. In this role, he is responsible for all marketing activities including product portfolio, brand, activation, service and sales operations. Before joining LIXIL, he gained 19 years of experience in general management, sales and marketing positions at L’ORÉAL and SONY.
Vice President LIXIL Global Design and Consumer Experience EMENA
Patrick Speck joined GROHE in 2006 and held several senior positions in the design department. Becoming VP Design Transformation in 2018, he ensured LIXIL’s design vision was globally aligned across the brand portfolio. In 2020 Patrick was appointed to Leader LIXIL Global Design EMENA, with the purpose to deliver insight-driven and meaningful product solutions and ensuring the designs add real value to consumer lives. Before his career at LIXIL, he worked for global brands such as Electrolux, Zanussi, Rex and AEG.
Leader, Research and Development Fittings, LIXIL International
Torsten Meier joined GROHE in 2013 as Vice President R&D. Since April 2020, Torsten Meier is leading R&D for LIXIL’s fitting segment worldwide which includes the product categories faucets, showers and behind-the-wall solutions. Before GROHE he gained 20 years of experience in various management positions at Mercedes-Benz.
