GROHE X Kitchen Event

If you ask people to name the "heart of the home", by far the most common answer will be the kitchen. It is a space that has an innate ability to bring people together, and to invite warmth and comfort. More and more, the modern kitchen is shifting to the center of life, becoming the social gathering place for family and friends. At the same time, particularly in recent months, a new passion for cooking has been sparked. For many, the home kitchen has turned into the new favorite restaurant.

As the kitchen transforms into a culinary hotspot, consumer expectations are also changing. Today's kitchen, often an open-space concept, must meet the high aesthetic demands of its residents while simplifying daily kitchen tasks. This is especially true for one of the busiest places in the kitchen: the 60cm around the sink.

As experts in this field, we explore every day how we as a brand can support you and your customers in improving the kitchen experience. What product solutions are needed? How can we meet the increased sustainability awareness of customers? And who is the unrecognized everyday hero of the kitchen?

We are delighted to invite you to our first GROHE Kitchen Day starting from November 08 to share insights on all these questions. Meet the experts behind our kitchen innovations and get inspired by our special guests. Plus, you will be one of the first to get to know the new icon of our GROHE Watersystem family – a perfect match, made for the kitchen of today and tomorrow.

Paul Svensson

Chef, cookbook author and environmental activist

Paul Svensson Mat. The name pretty much reflects my approach to what I'm doing. I like simple, sustainable and vegetable-based food - what is in fact the basis of all cooking, even the most underrated. I am passionate about inspiring a green food philosophy where we celebrate the plant kingdom by putting the green in the center and the animal by selectively choosing products that are good for us and nature in a proportion that matches the boundaries of the ecosystem. The core of passion lies in increasing respect for everything that is produced, all parts of the raw materials but also processed food in order to reduce our resource use and perhaps in the long run eliminate what we today call food waste.
