In episode three we meet Geraldine Dohogne, Founder of Beyond Design who, for the second year running, has taken the title of Highly Commended: Interior Designer of the Year. Geraldine’s story as an interior designer is like no other. Her brand new studio, that is in it’s infancy, is already creating waves throughout the International Hotel scene. An unorthodox beginning to her career, Geraldine Dohogne began on the operational side of hospitality, with Zannier Hotels. It was not long until her natural gifts and undeniable talent as a designer began to shine through, and quickly pulled her to become the brand’s DesignDirector. Her career blossomed out of pure love for design.. With each project, she brings positive social impacts, sustainable literacy and fresh inspiration drawn from each country and culture. Her strategy and work ethic that she leads her studio with, pushes projects beyond ‘hotels’ and into spheres of learning, leisure and beauty.

Karl has been in his current role with GROHE for more than six years. He works with architects and designers on the specifications for their projects around the world, ensuring they have the information and support they need to bring their builds to completion, while giving due consideration to sustainability and environmental impact. He is the author of GROHE’s RIBA-approved continuing professional development modules on water-saving, 3D printing and hygiene.
